What is Tinggly?

How it works

1. Equipment quote

You submit a quote for hospitality equipment to SilverChef.

2. Purchase order

If the quote proceeds to a purchase order before the end of the month (April, May, June), we’ll add the quote to your personal tally.

3. Gift boxes

Each calendar month you submit two or more quotes, you’ll earn a gift card to spend on Tinggly experience gift boxes (see more details below).

Frequently asked questions

What is an ‘eligible equipment quote’?

An eligible quote is one that, by the end of the month (April, May, June), proceeds to a purchase order for the equipment the customer will be renting or leasing from SilverChef.  

It excludes revisions, lost sales, and withdrawn quotes.

How can I submit my equipment quotes?

You’re welcome to submit your equipment quotes via: 

  • your dealership’s SilverChef portal
  • your SilverChef dealer relationship manager (DRM)
  • a SilverChef customer-service consultant (call 1–844–283–7844).

If I submit only one quote in a month, will it be carried over to the next month?

No — the quote count re-starts at the beginning of May and June, so a single quote can’t be carried over to the next month. 

Similarly, if you submit, say, eight quotes in one month, they can’t be averaged out over two months (i.e. four each month).

When will I receive my Tinggly gift card?

You’ll receive your Tinggly gift card on the first Friday following the month in question (May 5; June 2; July 7).

How will I receive my Tinggly gift card?

Your Tinggly gift card will be emailed to you.

When do Tinggly gift cards expire?

There is no expiration date, so you can book your dream experience at any convenient time.
