The equipment will be delivered to you after you’ve purchased it or signed a Rent–Try–Buy agreement and paid the upfront costs.
Depending on the equipment’s location, we can ship it to your business within 5–25 days.
Delivery will be arranged by SilverChef using a third-party transportation company; the carrier will schedule a delivery appointment with you.
Delivery is curbside only, so you’ll need to ensure you have the right equipment or enough manpower to get the unit into your business safely.
(If the equipment’s located close to your business, you may be able to pick it up instead, subject to you making an appointment.)
The equipment rental does not include installation, which customers are required to arrange at their own cost.
Please check the equipment’s size to ensure it will fit into the area you’ve set aside for it at your business.
Also, please confirm the equipment’s electrical rating or gas type is suitable for your business.
