Courtesy and Recoveries Associate (French Speaking)

Reporting to the Credit Solutions Manager, the Bilingual Courtesy and Recoveries Manager oversees a portfolio of approximately 100 active customer accounts. Your daily activities include initiating collection calls, processing payments, assessing risk, negotiating payment arrangements, and working with service partners on the recovery of assets.
